Physically assess entry control points, including lighting, locks, entry card, badging procedures, closed circuit video, and alarms. Determine vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement. Document the primary POC (Point of contact) for any emergency situation, including property manager and primary master key holder, and provide that intel to law enforcement. Assess existing security staff capabilities and prepare a training curriculum to improve security staff operations. Document the number of security personnel per shift, unarmed or armed, uniformed or civilian attire, and radio frequency utilized and provide that intel to law enforcement. Document a blueprint of each structure providing all egresses and provide that intel to local law enforcement. Document all entry codes to perimeter gates and provide that intel to local law enforcement. Document access codes to closed circuit video and provide that intel to law enforcement for “real time” intelligence. Prepare and provide an evacuation plan.
